Quality Control and Assurance

Cold forging as a technology offers exceptional process capabilities and repeatability. Our superior knowledge of Cold Forging process allows us to use this as an advantage and offer exceptional quality products through our strong process control.

Inspection and Testing

Inspection and Testing will be carried out for all the products in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan. These will be carried out in 3 stages as follows :

• Raw Material Inspection – Chemical Testing and Upset Crack Testing for every batch
• In-Process Inspection
• Final Inspection
• Certification
